Building

Right now I'm heads-down on two companies: GoSeek, our subscription freelance marketplace, and Waani, an AI voice calling platform for outbound sales teams. On GoSeek, I'm focused on getting to 50 paying users. On Waani, we're in active outbound sales to US real estate and solar agencies.

Learning

Distributed systems. I'm working through AWS's architecture documentation and reading about how hyperscalers actually build their infrastructure. Starting to understand the difference between building software and building systems.

Thinking about

India's cloud infrastructure opportunity. The gap between what global providers offer and what Indian businesses actually need — in terms of latency, compliance, and sovereignty — feels significant. I don't have a clear idea yet. Just a conviction that this matters.

Reading

Cloud infrastructure papers, AWS architecture blogs, and whatever I can find on the history of internet infrastructure build-out.
